Steps of data analysis process

 

The Big Data analytics lifecycle starts with a business case that explains the cause and aim of the study.

• Stage 1 - Data identification Identifies data sources.

 

• Stage 2 - Data filtering - Corrupt data from the previous stage is removed.

 

• Stage 3 - Data extraction - Unusable data is extracted and converted.

 

• Stage 4 - Data aggregation - Similar fields from distinct datasets are combined.

 

• Stage 5 - Data analysis - Data is analyzed to find important information.

 

• Stage 6 - Visualization of data - Big Data analysts can create graphic representations using Tableau, Power BI, and QlikView.

 

• Stage 7 - Final analysis result - The final findings of the study are provided to business stakeholders who will act.
